Now there are women at the top — not many, but enough to prove it’s possible.
We’re figuring out how they did it, so we can do it better.

Our Story
We are two girlies - one from the world of extreme sports and one from finance. We know what it’s like to be the only woman in the room. We decided we had enough and decided to start our own show with the people really inspire us in the world - badass women.
Now, we get to tell women’s stories. How they got to the top, what they had to do to get there, and how they felt about themselves along the way. We hope all of our sweeties who listen each week finish our episodes feeling seen, inspired, and empowered to fuck shit up.

Jules Spadaro
Jules has spent over a decade in media. With the last five years focused on podcasting, most notably in snowboarding and action sports, Jules knows exactly what it feels like to be in a woman in a male-dominated industry. After realizing that badass women are truly what inspires her most in the world, she set out to tell their stories, and voila, we bring you The Ok Sweetie Show.
Emily Biscardi
Emily Biscardi formerly worked at a financial communications firm where she helped grow their Conference Concierge business by providing white-glove service to top finance CEOs and c-suite executives attending the world’s premier conferences (the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting at Davos, the Milken Institute Global Conference, the Capital Allocators Summits, etc.) Contrary to this photo, she does not like the Boston Red Sox and is a die hard Philly fan.
